About Me
I am a Sports Management graduate from St Mary’s University, Twickenham, with a strong focus on football scouting, recruitment and player analysis. Before moving into the professional and analytical side of the game, I spent five years in the Zimbru Chisinau Academy, giving me an early understanding of the game from a player's perspective.
My experience includes working with FC Sheriff Tiraspol and Gulf United, where I have developed practical experience in player evaluation, match analysis and recruitment-related work. Alongside my professional experience, I have built an independent portfolio of player reports, opposition analyses and recruitment projects, allowing me to develop my own approach to evaluating players and identifying potential recruitment opportunities.
My scouting approach combines technical, tactical, physical and mental assessment with consideration of a player's positional profile, potential, tactical fit and suitability for a specific recruitment strategy. I am particularly interested in understanding not only the qualities a player possesses, but also the environment and role in which those qualities can be maximised.
Having grown up in Eastern Europe, I have strong familiarity with the region and am able to operate across its football markets. I speak English, Romanian and Russian, giving me the ability to communicate across different environments and maintain connections within the region.
I am currently looking to continue developing within football scouting, recruitment and performance analysis, with the aim of contributing to a professional recruitment department and continuing to build experience across different football markets.
